About the salon

Our family owned salon has just one goal, to help you feel confident about your hair, how it looks and feels and how you want it to be in terms of style, colour and condition. When you are with us, our environment and team aim to help you to enjoy the atmosphere and service so that it becomes a relaxing experience.

Terms & Conditions

Prices are from and reflect estimated time allocated, any adjustments will be advised at your consultation.

Please appreciate that long hair requires more time and more product therefore we add an extra 20% to cover these costs.

Certain services will require a 50% deposit when booking.

Loyalty points cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be used to redeem rewards displayed on our menu.

A simple allergy test is required 48 hours prior to a colour service for all new clients.

A strand test of your hair may be necessary to establish its suitability prior to a volume, smoothing or straightening service.

Appointment Policy

We urge all our guests to please be prompt for their appointment time to ensure they receive the full length of time allocated for their service.

If for any reason a guest is running late we will do everything we can to accommodate them, however please be aware that it may be necessary to reschedule appointments.

If an appointment is missed, cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours notice there will be a charge of 50% for the booked service.
